Things to be grateful for.

Life has a tendency to get going and I can't always stay caught up. Sometimes I forget to stop and notice just how much I have to be grateful for. I have a lovely house in a nice neighborhood just minutes from the beach. I have a husband who has worn himself into the ground hanging pictures around the house for me :) (Thanks Baby!) I have amazing in-laws and unbelievably giving and loving parents. I have so many things that others don't. I wish I took more time to be thankful for those.

10 things in my life that make me incredibly happy :)

1.My husband attempting to dance in our living room.
2.My dad's hugs,I'm pretty sure that he pours his entire heart into every one.
3.My daily phone calls to my mom,her voice always makes my day better.
4.Hearing my Nephew Miles giggle,it melts my heart every time.
5.Hiking at the Gorge with my in-laws.
6.The fact that when I get home my Pup and my Kitty are sitting there waiting for me like they haven't moved all day!
7.When troy says "You look pretty boo!"
8.My Camera <3 We have grown very attached over the years :)
9.My brother and Sister in-law. They always find a way to make me laugh.
10.The fact that even though my life isn't perfect. I am so lucky for all that I have, I feel incredibly blessed to have the life I have and I am so thankful for all the people in it.

Anywho, I thought I would post pictures of some of my favorite people :)

My extremely handsome husband of course!

Aubs & Kyle Maternity Session-Beaufort,SC

Where do I even begin! This post is not just any other couple with a bun in the oven. It is my Brother and his wife and that is my niece in that oven!!! My brother has been married to Aubrey for almost 4 years and when they told me I was going to be an aunt I was ELATED!! Obviously, Anywho in the 6 years that they have been together and I have been a photographer I have never photographed them! So when Aubs made me promise that I would get some maternity photos for them before Miss Kady Bear popped out I was more than willing!

Anyways, I fell in love with these pictures as I was editing them. I'm not sure if it's because I have watched these two grow as a couple and I'm so glad my brother has been blessed with a wonderful wife and I know they will make amazing parents.

So here they are! They are going to be a lot so be prepared!

A little bit about me :)

Hi Ya'll!

My name is Rachael Lea Oerther for those of you who didn't already know that (hints the "Rach Lea" photography). Formally known as Rachael Lea Orange :) that all changed when I married the love of my life on September 2,2007.

The reason I mention Troy before I mention anything about myself is because it wasn't until him that I found out who I really was. He believes in everything I do and pushes me to do more and to never give up. It was him who helped me define myself as this crazy, unorganized and free spirited artist. Even though my friends and family of course were there to help me shape into the person I have become today. I strongly believe it was Troy who helped me to see the person I had become and to be proud of that person and to love that person. He is the one person in my world who I just completely let go with and I am forever thankful for finding him and being able to build a life with him.

I'm not very good at talking about my self so I figured I would just tell you 15 interested facts about me...
